2004 mean streak 1600

Went to start my bike the other day and the fuel pump wouldn’t kick on when I turned the key. I have checked all the fuses and the connectors that I can get to. Can someone tell me how to bypass the fuel relay just to make sure it is the fuel pump before I start throwing money and time at this thing. Bike is 2004 meanstreak 1600. 7700 miles.

My 02 has a fuse under the front of the seat for the fuel pump. It is NOT located with the other fuses. Hope this helps.
