Question clutch spring torque setting?

i have a 93 kx125. i will be putting a new clutch basket and plates in. what is the torque spec for the clutch spring bolts. also what is the torq specs for the nut that holds the basket. would an impact wrench be ok to put this nut on? would it be ok to put some loctite on that bolt as well? i know i should get a manual which i will be very soon just money is tight. any help would be appreciated.

On the springs just snug(many people way overtighten them),..on the center nut about 60 lbs(all of them are different)..but you do not really need to locktite it,remember you need to get it off again sometime.

New bike coming!
