Vacuum line connection on 82 Kawasaki 750 csr

Hello all ok new question I'm having trouble with the vacuum line I see the ones that go to the carb from the air box then I have a tee with a line connected to it and on the carb I see 2 connection I know one is for the fuel tank but the other I have no clue I'm I missing a tee for the vacuum from tank to carb or something

I'm assuming you have the stock vacuum petcock, and the clean air system stuff is still connected.
If you check the air cleaner diagram drawing at Partzilla & look at the smog lines, notice there is a T fitting & also a Y fitting closer to the fat air switch valve. I think the line on the Y fitting is for the vac port on the petcock. The lines from the T fitting go to the vac ports on the carburetors.

Ok I see that but what about the "vacuum port" on the carb what goes there and where would that connect to
