I'm assuming that the tribal looking design on the tank is a vinyl sticker that has been clearcoated over. Anyone know the exact color of the vinyl or know where I could find that information? The bike is candy lime green and the design looks like a metallic maroon color. Thanks for any help.

I think I would contact a tech at the 800 number on Kawasaki's web site. If he doesn't know he'll probably refer you to a dealer.

i've never seen the decal colors coded - but get a automotive paint
color card and you can match it pretty easy :wink:

Have your parts dept check their micro fiche..... I dinged my paint and was considering ordering a new tank and keeping the old one until I could decide on a paint job but decided to just have the tank painted. Anyway during investigating my options I checked and the stock decals are available through Kawi. I don't remember if they were about $40 for the set or each.

Check the Kawasaki web site under parts diagrams. They are listed there. Unfortunately they are listed by color of the tank, not the decal.

BikeBandit may also have them listed. I haven't checked.
