Ok here is what I have going on.

2007 Kawasaki KLX250s - 13k mi. Bike ran and rode great when I got it. Fixed quite a lot as the bike was not well taken care of. Installed a headlight cut off switch, fixed turn signals with a new relay, fixed tail and brake light, checked fuses, new ignition switch, new battery, carb cleaning, and I am sure I am missing more.

Now I have no spark!

Bike turns over with no problem, i have all the voltage at the run stop switch, pickup coil is at 230 ohms (280-180 Ohms), stator checks out, coil shows an even of 5.56 ohms on both primary and secondary(think here lies the issue, (HOWEVER, I HAVE NO ILLUMNATION OF MY TEST LIGHT AT THE COIL CONNECTION AND NO SIGN BUT .2 v there. The CDI was replaced and I still have the old one.

I tore the harness apart and had continuity between the CDI and coil wire.

Is there something else in the mix that I am freaking missing???? Pulling my hair out..

When you turn the key on do you have 12V @?

1. CDI Hot Wire
2. Coil blue led? when cranking
3. Ignition Switch?
4. Start on/off switch?
5. Headlight?
6. Turn Indicators?
7. Tail light?
8. horn?
9. Brake Light Switches?

Are critical to make sure there is voltage and GROUND both... I need to know

so the bike runs?

Have you changed anything out??

The point is... You came to this link to get help about what is working and not working and how to fix your bike so it works. I am donating my time and Experience and your not helping me or YOURSELF in this situation.. Your answers have not helped YOU figure it out.. So until there are answers to the complete questions that I am asking about the bike I am going to ignore your response's.. Best of luck..
