Vacuum leak from Hypercharger installation or if you used a jet kit with a needle, that will also cause the popping. Jet kits are generally a waste of money and typically cause more trouble than anything. There's no such thing as "Stage anything" for the Vulcans. Search here for Gadgets web page on Vulcan mods and in this page look for the "Coyote" mod for proper jetting.
1500 Backfire
I have a 03 Classic,that backfires through the carb.It has Vance and Hines pipes,and a hyper-charger and has stage 2 jets.When taking off it will pop and die.Any suggestions on what to look for?

reed valves? try plugging them if you haven't already.
