I bought a ke 125 not running, it needed a new ignition coil, so i bought it, but there is only 1 wire for the sparkplug, my bike has 2 spark plugs, all the diagrams i see there is only one spark plug. Could it have been bored out?

Try looking at the parts diagrams for the Kawasaki F-5. I suspect either the motor has been swapped or the head and ignition changed to the F-5 components.

Some of the older bikes had 2 spark plug holes in their heads for just that purpose, 2 spark plugs. One spark plug was a hotter plug for off road riding and one plug that was cooler for riding down the road to and from the trail. Some riders would put a compression release into one of the spark plug holes for easier turning over of their engine to top dead center or as an engine brake for steep downhills. Before you go checking into swapped heads and engines check with a parts diagram or even track down a mechanics manual that would tell you everything you need to know about the bike.
