i need help on a question with my 1980 kawasaki kz750 4 cyl.
i have the carbs off to clean and inspect them,(the first time since i bought the bike this year) it has 4 carbs all together in a row. the first 3, it would be from the fuel inlet side have the choke plates or brass plates in them and the fourth does not. is this right or am i missing parts>

These should be diaphram/constant velocity carbs. They don't have "chokes". If the "choke plates or brass plates" you're referring to are on the engine side of the slides they're throttle blades and you've got a problem because they aren't available separately from Kawasaki and they're necessary.
