the heads are cast with separate injector inlets and throttle body openings on the Fuel injected bikes. even if you fabricated a cover for all 4 injector sites, the remaining "carb" opening would be so small it would be choked.
to go to carbs one would have to install an entire different head... it;d run better, but would no longer be a true classic.
