A few questions-mulliganmc said:Our 84 700 LTD only has 4,000 miles and looks brand new (show room fresh). The dealer that had this bike had been working on the carbs and couldn't get them to stop leaking and gave up on the bike. We acquired it and thought we were smarter than they were (wrong!) and put carb kits in it, reset the floats, etc... and guess what!! the carbs still leak. We then pulled the carbs off of a 650 CSR and now it doesn't run at all. So we are back to the stock carbs and the leaking problem. Have any of you had such problems and do you have any ideas on how to correct the leaking?? Thanks.
mulliganmc said:Now, I have a completely different bike that I have questions on. It is a 1982 GPZ1100 with a commemorative Eddie Lawson sticker under the factory clear coat in the center of the tank. I can't find any information on a Eddie Lawson GPZ1100. All I can find info on is the 1000 or the current 1200. Do you by any chance know of a site that I can go to or do you know anything about this bike? It is lime green. Thanks for any insight that you can give me. We are going to be starting on this project soon. mulliganmc
