on old bikes like mine torque specs for stuff like the head don't much apply since there usually is some warping ect, so I just over tighten with short hand box end. Then recheck after running.

Just put it back together if you can't wait.

per Clymer Manual: 1991 KX125

Cylinder Head Nuts 18 ft-lbs [25 N*m] (Bolts same if applicable)
**Tighten them from center first then criss-cross pattern outward**

I don't know what you mean by gearbox cover, but I will guess you mean right-side engine cover and clutch cover. There are no specs given for those M6 (8mm head) bolts. I have always used a T-handle or small ratchet and just get them tight by feel.
Here are the other clutch-side torques:

Clutch Nut (Center of clutch hub): 72ft-lbs [98N*m]
Primary Drive Gear: 43ft-lbs [59N*m]
Drain Plug: 14.5 ft-lbs
Return Spring Pin Locknut: 14.5 ft-lbs
Shift Drum Plate Bolt: 16 ft-lbs
