I think to resolve your issues we need a plumbing sketch of your bike. Can you sketch out the fuel flow on your bike? A picture is worth a thousand words. Show the tank, petcock, carb and all of the hoses involved along with emissions equipment. Identify which hose stops the fuel leak when it is removed from the carb.
