On my klx250r i have a noise when engine is cold and at low rpm. It.s like a valve shim noise when they are worn, except that i have changed them and they are in spec. Anybody can tell what it is? Bike runs perfect, no problem at all.

Well, the answear i found it myself. Few weeks ago i tried to put some extra tension on cam chain tensioner, by adding a little shim in the head of the spring. No effect at all. Anyway, the sound was not at all like a loose chain, more like a valve problem. Now i added a thicker shim, almost 4 mm in the head of the spring and suddenly the noise just gone.
