i cant get my 97 mojave to run i have new gas,gas filter,new plug my sparks fine i cleaned the carb and the air filter and when i kick start it, it pops every once in awhile i changed oil too. i can pull behind a vehicle and starts when it wants to other times when i pop the clucth nothing happens no poping nothing dont know whats wrong

Have you checked the valves? Sounds like they may be out of whack.

Get a repair manual and set the valves to the proper lash specs. Take your time, and set them right. Other than that, the job is straightforward.

Set valves to the loose side of the tolerance and recheck every 50 Hrs.
