Depends on the weight of your rider. 10 wt oil 125-130mm from top of fork tube(with springs removed and fully compressed) is probably about right

Yeah, I could take a guess too but I was looking for fact. spec. for a friend.

It is right , your can run from 110mm to 130mm from the top of the fork tube [compressed and springs out] the more oil the stiffer the forks will get and as for the weight of the oil its up to you .
KX 65 forks are a very basic front fork , its trial and error on the set up you like.
But you can't screw them up just keep trying till you find the setting you like.
