Greetings,
I have a 2002 Voyager XII that was slipping out of 3rd gear. I replaced a shifting fork, in which was above my paygrade. A year and a half later it's buttoned up tight, running and shifting fine except for hesitation when holding in 3-4k range in any gear. Full on acceleration not affected. Most pronounced in overdrive cruising, notice a dip in power there. Carbs rebuilt and thoroughly cleaned when engine was out. No stale gas ever sat in it. Any incite appreciated!
