i have a problem with a kawasaki z750 2008 , when i connect the fume hose to the air filter the bike do not work correct , when i remove it from the air filter box it work fine . the bike had a overheating problem from water cooling system that was all stuck , my mechanic fixed the cooling problem . but after that i had this problem with the fume hose . he say it may be a after problem of the overheated engine and it may produce to mutch fume now and the bike cant handle it.

It could be a number of things. Can you describe what the bike is doing when it does not work correctly?

when i connect the fume tube at the filter the engine sound like a 1 cylinder engine , checked if some of the cylinder not heating up correct but they heat all normal together.
when i disconnect the fume tube it work normal like a 4 cylinder .

Thanks. Can you smell or see any oil or gasoline in the air filter box, or at the tube?

the tube is total clean no trace of oil in it. i started the bike and let it run for 5 min and i so only some water dripping and the smell a little of gasoline.

Has any pollution gear been removed on this bike? Has it been modified?

its a long hose (tube) from engine to the filter box i think it is part

not sour but its a long hose , when you start the engine its pumping air out that smell like exhaust fumes.

I think it is possible that your air cut valve 16126 has failed.

how i can test if the air cut valve 16126 has problem ????

I am not sure how to test it, but for $20, I would just replace it.
