trying to replace the driven clutch for our 2011 diesel Mule. We understand that the main front clutch requires the special bolt tool to remove but were told by the Kawasaki dealer that the rear, driven clutch should come off without a tool. Watched every video and read our service manual- they all suggest the clutch should slide off.

We've tried everything from liquid wrench, gentle taps and tugging to using a claw puller tool and air wrench. Nothing works- the spline must be rusted/corroded and jammed? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Hi UTV guy.
I think there is a way that you can send me a message privately on this forum.

If you are comfortable with sending me an email address I'll get back to you and try to help. I've had the clutch and driven clutch off my 2009 Trans Diesel several times.

I am also a little confused regarding which clutch has the "stuck" issue and if you are trying to remove the driven clutch whilst leaving the drive clutch in place.

A Factory Workshop Manual is really handy if you have one as all of the tolerances are listed. They come up hard copy on ebay.

Best Regards.
