I have a 2004 Mule with 179 hours on it with gas in the oil again, has been to the shop 5 times for same thing, adjusted throttle cable, new parts in carb, whole new carb and now had cylinders honed and new rings, 6 hours later has gas in oil again. Anyone else have same problems, thinking about contacting attorneys if interested let me know.

what ive learned is that Kawi put an engine in the mule meant for a generator too run at high revs all the time but when its not it doesnt work right like what you have.

good luck FYI call Bearcat and talk to the service mgr good guy he will enlighten you...

I bought a 2510 with 750 hrs, it runs great but I get gas in the oil after running for a week or two. I searched on this sight for (oil in gas mule) and it sounds like a tough problem. Maybe I let the machine idle to much, I use it on my farm in northern wisconsin everyday, and its been pretty cold. I only run wide open for about a mile. I guess I will change the oil and plugs again, I put Champion plugs in last time, I will try ngk again, maybe I will try antifouling plugs. Maybe the needle and seat are worn? Frustrating

Do a compression test and a leakdown test. Sounds like the rings are bad letting unburnt fuel blow by. Check the oil level and make sure its not overfull and check the carb and make sure its adusted right and the float isnt broke. look for gas overflowing at the airfilter. i left my mule ideling overnight because i forgot to turn it off and never had a problem like that, thats not the problem.

Workmule, I have a 3010 as well with motor problems. When it only had 30 hours on it they had to pull the whole engine out and put in new rings. It just wouldn't run anymore. Warranty covered that. NOW...it only has 48 hours and of course the warranty is expired. It is back in the shop and they tell me it needs a $500.00 + flywheel. What a piece of C()&&!!! An attorney wouldn't be a bad idea.

I would NOT recommend a Kawasaki Mule to ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
