First look at the bike the day I purchased it.

Mocking up shadow seat fender and swing arm.

Fitting the the Honda shadow swing are requiring frame mods.
I cut and bent the tubes behind the Gas tank 2” reconnected them on the shock tubes as shown.
The bottom of the frame had to widen about 1” to except the shadow swing arm. Used the KZ swing bolt and bearings left and mods to the Honda bearings on the kick starter side.

The main mod after that was air box removed, and making the Kline carbs PVC two into one pod build. This will allow the carbs to work with the right vacuum. Point the the pvc tube down and Perfit and mark position before gluing joints.

Rear Fender is shaved and welded a metal patch to fill the shadows taillight opening.
The headlight uses a Vulcan cruiser and a mono top mount system. Speed and tack are wire brushed.

A few more mods needed to be done.
Chopped and brushed the front fender. Welded a rear brake lever to the pedal to connect the Honda Shadow rear drum brake and wide tire application.
I hope this helps someone that is trying to create a custom KZ.
In conclusion the bike is now dropped 2” and stretched 7”.
