Has anybody adjusted the front brake on an 800?
I put new pads in and now the brake seems to be dragging on the rotor even when released. I looked in the service manual when I changed the pads, but didn't see any way to adjust the caliper.

There is no adjustment on a disc brake such as this. If the pistons are not returning completely then a rebuild may be needed. Which side is dragging? The piston side or the fixed side? If it is the fixed side then you did not properly clean and lubricate the pins it mounts on(the bolts go through), and will be an easy fix.
