find out if the swing arms are the same if not you would prob have to get a newer swing arm which should fit no prob i doubt you swing arm will have the slides for the caliper get a swingarm and wheel, mastercylinder and hoses etc from a newer model and you should be fine you should just have to check if a newer swing arm would fit or not

I guess then your right, it must be an 85 I bought an "86" and a "87" for parts but both have the drum brake on the rear. would a swing arm from a real 86 or 87 bolt right on?
right now my bike is in pieces, so i cant put up any pics.
