[Rod De Bowes]

My Bayou became hard to shift, so I took off the cover and checked to make sure nothing was broken. All seems good, so I put it back together as per YouTube video. Both clutch adjustment screws freewheel with no pressure felt on either one. Half the time it shifts ok, then it gets so hard I have to reach down and pull it out of reverse. I'm using a small plow on it for snow. Does it need new clutch plates or??????
