2k, has been dropped, but repaired and new parts replaced, only cosmecticly flawed, few scratches and dents, ~5200 miles good for starter bike, runs great

I'd like to know if the bike is rideable in its current condition...for cross country. I live In the Greater Kansas City Kansas Metropolitan Area. I'm a little strapped for money being on Social Security Diasbility, but I need a bike for transportation. They seem to be a high dollar item back here, but yours is a deal that perhaps I can swing. I have a friend that is moving from Jacksonville, FL. back here to Kansas, so it might work out great for me to either toss it in with his household effects, or just ride it home. Please give me the information on the bike so that I may talk to my insurance agent...year and all...all on one email so that I may present it to the agent. Thank you.
