Well, I rebuilt the ol' Kawi. Put a new Wiseco Piston, had everything professionally bored, honed, and nickeled. I went to an indoor track to break it in before season. As I ran it (most I went was half throttle) it bogged out and killed. Kick starter was frozen. I only replaced the piston, rings, bearing, and had the jug redone. I put everything back together myself using a service manual. Could there be something wrong in the crank? Is there way to tell? Is this common? Crank fluid is full of Amsoil and the coolant was mixed and filled. I also ran 32:1 synthetic Amsoil Interceptor. Thanks in advance.
