Where, for god's sake, is located the engine number on VN1500 Classic/Nomad motorcycles? Please help me find it.

don't have the manual with me at work but you could go to the kawasaki site and look it up, that kind of info might be here...

what i meant was that user manual should contain the information WHERE on engine is the engine number located. i work with motorcycles, and i never had any problems to locate engine number, since it usualy is very easy to find, somwhere on the crank case. but this kawasaki...can't find it.

Engine Number

The engine number is stamped on the bottom left hand side of the case. Look below your floorboard (shifter side) and just past the frame rail. Also, it is on page 9 of my owner's manual. The instructions are too clear. You just have to get down on your hands and knees if you don't have a bike lift. ;-)
