Thanks, I'm digging the chrome mixed with the metal on this one.

I have it lowered 3" in the back with the adjustable link. I took it out for a ride the other day and the ride was a little to rough over bumps and turning was a little annoying. I couldn't be as aggressive as I wanted to be, so i'll be putting it back to 2". Figured I would I check it out but didn't work out for my liking.

------------Also, I want to figure out where this rattle I have is coming from. It is a metal rattle that is random when climbing speed with half throttle. Its like a nut in a metal cup sound. Not consistent to anything and doesn't happen when parked and rev'ing the engine. my exhaust is tight and it doesn't have the stock headlight as some have said in searches I have done. I haven't replaced the chain on this one yet but it seems tight with about an 1" of play, so I am not thinking chain slap. If anyone has any ideas or has experienced this with theirs, any help would be appreciated.

A little update on the bike. The rattling that I was concerned about in my previous post seems to have gone away (for now) after installing a new chain. Although, I don't want to jump to any conclusions yet until I get a few more miles on her.

I also took the opportunity, when changing out the chain, to put an old set of wheels and tires on that I had lying around from a previous project. Switched up the look of the bike. For now at least.

Ya, the front end is still the same chrome 800A front end and axle I had before. I bought a set of 800a bearings and bearing spacer and switched out the internal hub of the 16" B wheel with the new parts. Then it bolts right up. I could have used the parts from the 21" hub but I wanted to be able to quickly switch back in the future.

Such a beautiful bike.

Would you be able to put a ppad on that fender or would it bounce up too harsh for the passenger?

Im thinking about putting a two up seat on mine but I dont want to use the stock fender and I dont want to hardtail it. I also dont want an ugly big gap between the fender and the tire if I mount on the frame so...I have a lot to think about.

Sounds like is not difficult or need special tools
ON a side note. I'm looking for info how to change fork oil
No, not that difficult at all. The only special tool that I used was a bearing puller. As for the fork oil I would just uninstall the forks from the triple tree and pour it out and boom, add some more after. I am not sure there is an easy way to do it while keeping your forks installed.

I could put a pad on the fender but I would not recommend anyone to sit on it. They would get bounced right off the bike at any significant bump. The only clean (no gap way) to do it would be to hard tail it in my opinion.

In your picture with the bike flat bike what bars and size are they am trying to get apes and they look perfect on there. Thanks bike looks sick??
The bars on the flat black bike I believe you are referring to are from road 6 customs. They are 12" tall bars. The seat is an Ultima solo bobber seat. I am not sure what shipping cost on that was.

I have been working on a Vulcan 800 for a friend of mine. He wanted the bike to have the bobber style and also discussed the want for mag wheels and holding off on the tank mod till winter. I used the en500 wheels and powder coated them bubba blue. Below are a few pictures of the vulcan, the pictures are before the pin stripping and a few of them are before I finished the rear struts, taillight and bag install. I'll try to get some of the bike complete.

I decided to go back to the 21" wheel. I like the look and ride better. I had the wheel powder coated red to match the rear wheel and bought a 90/90/21 Shinko white wall. I am digging the bigger tire.

Where did you get the Z bars for the light blue bike ?
Also what brand and size white wall tires did you go with when you had the 21 in front ?
The Z bars on the black and blue bike are 10" rise from Niche Cycles. The tire I have on my current bike in the last pictures with the red wheels is a 90/90/21 Shinko white wall.

If you go to Lickscycles.com they have a nice selection of bobber bars you may be interested in.
