If you have prior riding experience (preferably on a 600cc machine or up, especially if its a supersport) then go for it - bike looks real clean and a good deal. Obviously try talking the guy down, but if you could walk away with it even at that price I'd say you got a good deal.
If this is your first streetbike though I would consider something a tad smaller :smile:
For $2k more you have a left over 2006...Not a bad deal but nothing great. First bike? Probably not...The 2004/2005 10R is a wild beast and definitely not a starter bike...If tamed it can be a pleasure...This is not a starter bike. Reviews will tell you this and owning a 10R, I can say the same.
