Which of these companies is best? And then, is it go up one or down on the front to improve acceleration? I knew once, but I have forgotten since the flu got me....

depends on what ya want,

more bottom end its----> DOWN IN THE FRONT and UP IN THE BACK

more top end is-------> UP IN THE FRONT and DOWN IN THE BACK
