AFAM JT or Sunstar? Some sprocket questions

Which of these companies is best? And then, is it go up one or down on the front to improve acceleration? I knew once, but I have forgotten since the flu got me.... :(

Thanks a bunch! Now, what about which company would you go with as far as those three? AFAM, JT, or Sunstar?
