I can testify that an AirHawk seat works great to relieve tailbone pain and allow long rides now at 25,000 miles on mine.
I can also report that the Mustang Vintage Wide Touring seat did NOT work at all... my tailbone pain came right back and it hit me under the thighs wrong and cut off circulation.
I sold that and went back to stock / airhawk....
What works is a very personal thing, tho... you need to try before you buy.
