I have had my alternator belt on my '90 Ninja 750R repeatedly break after being repaired by two separate shops. I'm searching for a reason why...anyone have any thoughts? There is no fluid leaking onto it and no obstructions to its motion that I can detect. My only thought is that possibly one of the shafts it rides on is a fraction of a degree off center causing uneven rubbing, but there doesn't appear to be a significant rub on any line of travel on the belt. Thoughts and help from anyone is very much appreciated!!!
