So I'm a new beginning rider and I'm 5 foot and 126 lbs. I have a 2010 250R Kawasaki ninja and when I'm upright on the bike I get a little bit more than my tippy toes on the ground if I'm on leaning on the side either way I can have my foot fully down. However it would make it much easier if I had more than my tippy-toes when I'm standing up right because today when I was practicing I dropped my bike.

I've been looking into boots too, I'm probably going to try to bring it to a shop that shave the seat or to lower a little bit I don't really want to mess with the bike that much to cause issues to it though though I'm wondering if there's anybody who's had the same problem as me and has any suggestions.?

Try searching for youtube videos of how to lower a Ninja 250. In addition to shaving the seat foam, you might be able to raise the fork tubes a little & install lowering links. There are links or "tie rods" that connect the swing arm to the shock absorber, so guys swap the stock links for lowering links. Reference the suspension diagram for your bike at Partzilla or Kawasaki.com.
