My Mule has stopped running. I traced the problem to lack of fuel getting to the carburetor. In diagnosing the problem, I disconnected the fuel line from the fuel pump to the carburetor. Then when I crank the engine, NO FUEL at all is being pumped by the fuel pump. I am not sure if the electric fuel pump has an internal failure, or if it is not getting a signal from the starting circuit.

Has any one here had any experience in testing an electric fuel pump? My Mule is the Model 2500 KAF620-C4.

The fuel pump is 12 VDC, and can be removed and directly connected to a 12 VDC power source to see if it runs and pumps.

Take a look at the wiring diagram in your service manual or on the parts diagrams at Kawasaki.com, it will show you a fuel pump relay. That will require testing too.
