I can't afford to replace my exhaust and rejet until next year sometime, but I'd sure like to get some more sound of my stock pipes. I spent some time looking at the pipes last night, trying to figure out how to get the baffles out, but for the life of me, I can't see how to do it! Can anyone give me a quick explanation?

I *did* put my new highway bars on last night, so I'm not totally helpless. :D

Do you have that same type information for the 1600 classic? Is there an easy way to look that stuff up or are you just an exeptional person, or both?

You can find a lot of good stuff in the VROC archives. www.vroc.org

I know the 800 rear baffle can be removed, not sure about the 1600, I think it has the goats belly which can be gutted for a better sound.
