Somewhere you have a light problem...pull the fuses to the turn signals and the brake lights and ride it around the street for about 15-20 minutes and then let it set...if it fires right up then it 's from the tyhe lights...stick a meter in between and check the amps and see which one isnt right...Actually I'd check for a twisted bulb in one of th esockets...probably that as opposed to a bare wire shorting...
