how do i set valve lash?? I didnt see that reading through the factory manual that came with it.

It could be the spark plug breaking down under compression if you take it out and lay it against the motor turn it over and if the spark is yellow change it for a upgraded plug if it is a strong blue then it should be fine

I'ce read through this thread and no where have you stated that you have adjusted the valves. If the manual you you have doesn't have the procedure, then you have the Owner's Manual", not the "Factory Service Manual" which is what you need to get. If the valves are tight, when the motor gets hot it will stop running. Adjust the valves!

Will the rectifier regulator cut out after it gets warm. And not start up till it cools off ?
