Just wanted to relay my experience with Beartooth. I called and was pleasantly greeted by Lori and then sent over to Jim. I asked, I ordered and got friendly service and advice in under 10 minutes!

Now to contrast that. I went to my local dealer today and waited and waited and still waited to order a few parts I needed right away. I should be used to being abused by now.

Since I've seen nothing bad said about the fine folks at Beartood Kawa, when time comes for me to put on the goodies my bike is asking for, I will give them a call myself!
