I'm ready to change rear tires, I have ME 880's on front and rear, but the only 200 available is the XXL and I'm just not sure that would fit. Can you guys give me some tips? Remember my bike is lowered 3".

Maybe I'll just order and mount the XXL and raise the bike if it hits the fender brace too easily. The 180 hits when I catch a pothole already. I know lots of you guys use 200's on your VN900, so what brand do you have?

I have a 200 Avon which is a bit larger than the Metzler 200 and no issues. But I did not lower my bike.

I have the 200 Avon Venom with a 2" drop. The fender inner splash shield needed some carving for pot holes.

i've got the Avon and it's sweet... but mine's not lowered.

...and they usually say you shouldn't mix tyre brands/tread patterns.

dunno why though. *shrugs*

The Metzeler 200 should fit fine

I have the Metz 200 and it hasn't rubbed yet. Doesn 't look like it could either. Bike isn't lowered, but we ride 2up a lot and that lowers it almost as much as a good kit would lol.
