I installed a Baron's Big Air Kit on my 800B and was disappointed with the results. Basically I couldn't get it dialed in right and it ran a bit too rough (and loud). I've reinstalled stock jets and will put stock airbox back on tomorrow. I would be interested to hear other's experiences with this product, and if you have an 800, I'd love to know the set up you used.

165 main and 50 pilot. needle on second notch 2 1/2turns on the mixture screw

Thanks a lot JD. Finished putting her back to stock this afternoon and she's running too smooth to mess with. I do appreciate the info though and will definitely use that set up the next time I feel like wrenching on her. Maybe next oil change.

Any time you mess with the air/intake its recommended you reject or add a fuel processor. I have one and very happy with. I recomend you get it done right and I'm sure you'll like the results.
