The kit from HID, CCFL Angel Eyes and Projector Retrofitting Specialist - BPR SYSTEM came in the mail a few weeks ago and I just got a local motorcycle shop to put it in. The install ran me close to what the headlight kit itself cost.. ouch. I wasn't about to argue though.. the mechanic told me they put closer to 9 hours of labor into it rather than the 6 they charged me for. So anyway if you're considering doing a headlight retrofit I would suggest to try it yourself if you're mechanically inclined, get a friend to do it, or ask for a "by the job" price estimate so you don't get bent over on the labor. Anyway, the setup is sweet. I have yet to ride at night but it looks like they did a good job aiming the lights and I think they look really good.

The BPR System which is what I have, is $300. The site HID, CCFL Angel Eyes and Projector Retrofitting Specialist - Home also sells just the Angel Eyes kit for $80 and I believe they also sell the HID Projector kit without the halos.

And yes they are bright! They did a good job aiming them at the shop, so the low beams shouldn't be blinding anyone.. but I still get flashed occasionally at night by people coming head on, because even on low beam they're so bright they look like they're on high beams. I'm thinking I won't do much night riding with these headlights in, and stay away from police haha so I don't get hassled..
