I hope someone can help me with this. The blinkers on my 2008 Vulcan 900 won’t work. They don’t even turn on. The fuse is good and all bulbs are good also. I get 12 volts at the blinker connector for a few seconds but then the voltage drops down to 0.34 volts. The flasher is also good, it has continuity. The previous owner had wire the front blinkers wrong, he had 3 wires connected together. He also had replace 10 amp fuses with 25 amp fuses, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I took the blinker switch apart and it also looks good. Does anyone has any idea of what the problem could be? I hope someone can help me.

Does this mean you are converting the turn signal bulbs to LED or did your bike come stock with LED's?
If you want LED's that's fine but if it were me with a tight budget, I would try replacing the flasher with an OEM one first.
