Yeah, but you can do all that stuff yourself for far less money if you have the basic mechanical skills. Those lights can be had on ebay or from some street rod place for less.
Just do it. Make your own. Go look at Denny Berg's Hot Saki. Other than some high buck parts he got (a stinking $400 front brake that was no big deal) he did most of the stuff for low buck, commenting anyone with a grinder and hack saw could do most of it. He's right... it just takes guts to make the first cut. :shock:
