Hi again,
So I cleaned out my carbs all the way. And I still Have the same problem.
Only runs with the choke on and if I give it any kind of thottle it dies.
I noticed that my needles were set at the 2nd to highest rung of 5 so I brought them back to the middle. But now I'm stumped any more ideas.
Oh yeah this is a 1989 ninja zx-7r

float height, vent lines open, pet**** working correctly, diaphrams not torn,
did you ACTUALLY PULL THE JETS OUT or did you just spray carb cleaner around in there ?

carb problems

I actually pulled jets out, cleaned with air, solvents and can see thru no prob. diaphrams aren't torn. I probably need to readjust the float height but not sure where st set it to.
