I am installing Chucksters Big Air Kit on a 2006 Nomad 1600. Some time ago I remember seeing a link to a video or I think it was prob a post where someone gave a simple explanation & took a few pics at several of the steps to clarify things. I have the instructions that came with but wanted to find that post with the pics as well, anyone remember seeing that?
I have a power commander 3 & V&H baggers so I don't think I need to anything to the fuel processor? I see a map for the V&H & stock or aftermarket air cleaner which I already have.

Maybe its a simple install but some things he refers to on the instructions, I am not sure what they are since I have not taken things apart yet & always like watching a youtube first

A quick search of this site does not find any hits on Chuckster's Big Air Kits but it did find over 400 references to Baron Big Air kits.

Yeah, I searched and Barons comes up mostly in Google as well but was just hoping someone may have seen a write up somewhere. thx!
