When you removed the handle bar you turned the clutch master cylinder upside down causing air to get in the line. You'll need to remove the left side engine cover and bleed the clutch line.

When taking off the left side engine cover make sure the allen wrench is seated properly in the bolt cause it will strip pretty easy. Don't ask how I know.

Thanks guys - this info caused me to go out to the bike in the morning and pump the loving crud out of the handle. Just when my hand was about to cramp up, the clutch worked the bubble out and all is great! Mucho Grassi
