Well I noticed that my forks seals are pretty much shot to hell so they need to be replaced. My question is:

Are the fork seals on a 1990 Kawasaki 600R Ninja tough to replace? Would I be able to replace them myself?

OR

Should I let a kawasaki dealer or bike shop replace them? Also how much do you think it would cost to have a shop replace them?
