I have a friend looking for a trunk for his 1500 Classic and he's been looking at a MDY Trunk on ebay, do any of you have this trunk? Quality? What do you think about it? etc...

There have been mixed reviews on the trunks.. i personally just got one over the winter and mounted it. It seems like it will get the job done for me. I personally would have liked to get a Harley or Scootworks type but my wallet couldnt afford it. I can say that my GF likes it. I just bought one that looks similar off E-bay last week. I have leatherlyke saddlebags, but after just buying the bike, I am not cash flush for the $329+ that their top case sells for. I gave 50 plus shippiing and it came black w/mount. Wife needs place to put items on trips! Not looking to make it a permanent fixture, just when going to see our kids in KC or Jax, FL.
