I don't know exactly how they figure it for bikes but, a car is considered vintage at 20 years and antique at 25....Joe

The Canadian Motorcycle Vintage Group rep that I spoke to at the London Ontariio motorcycle show this past weekend said vintage is considered anything over twenty years. However, from that period I would consider it vintage.

i think the 20 yr mark is when it becomes vintage. That's how cages go.

I guess my 84 GPz750 is vintage, but not vintage enough. Can't run with a new 600 through the twisties, and can't run with my brother's 72 H-2 750 in a straight line....
