hi does anyone know how much gear oil i have 2 put in my kx 125 1991 just drained it and it was black with water in it is this normal ? thanks

bike still wont start keep tryin 2 kick it and it wont fire up then i take exhaust off and it has bout quarter ov a cup ov water in it pullin my hair out it backfires when i kick it and give it some throttke please help thanks ?
